Registration Terms and Conditions

1. Who we are and how to contact us

1.1 Who we are. CAKE GROUP LIMITED is a company registered in England and Wales, (company number 03391338) whose registered office is at The Hkx Building, Three Pancras Square, London, England, N1C 4AG (“Organiser”, “we”, “us”, “our”). The campaign partner for the purposes of the Event is EE Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (registered number 02382161) whose registered office is at 1 Braham Street, London, United Kingdom, E1 8EE (“EE”).

1.3 How we may contact you. If we have to contact you, we will do so by telephone or email using the details  you provide to us in your registration. Please read these terms carefully before you submit your information to us.

1.4 What these terms cover. These are the terms and conditions on which you may register to attend and/or participate in EE’s Just for Kicks. EE’s Just for Kicks offers free football sessions for women and girls at grass roots football clubs throughout England (the “Event”). Details of the times and locations of these sessions are available on the Event page. 

1.5 Accepting these terms. By registering for the Event you confirm that:

  • 1.5.1 You are over the age of 18, accept these terms and agree to comply with them; or
  • 1.5.2 If you are under the age of 18, you confirm that you have a parent/guardian’s permission to register for the Event and your parent/guardian accepts these terms and agrees to comply with them. If you/your parent/guardian do not agree to these terms, you must not register for the Event. 
     

2. Registration 

Accuracy of your details. Any details given by you for the purpose of registration must be true and accurate.

 

3. The Event

3.1 Entry into the Event. All tickets must be presented at your applicable club in order to participate in the Event. Admission to the Event is at all times subject to any terms, conditions or rules of the Organiser. If you breach those terms, conditions or rules then you may be refused admission or asked to leave the Event. 

3.2  Additional terms. Your attendance at the Event may be subject to additional terms, conditions or rules which may be specified by the Organiser or the local club running the football sessions from time to time.

3.3  Age restrictions. Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian’s permission to register for the Event and their parent/guardian must accept these terms, agree to comply with them and accept full responsibility for all under 18s attending.​​​​​​​ 

Filming. As a condition of registering for attendance and/or participation at the Event, you irrevocably grant the Organiser, EE and the Organiser’s third party commercial partners, the right indefinitely and throughout the world, without any expectation of compensation, to use your photograph, video, image, likeness or other recorded media obtained in connection with your attendance and/or performance at the Event in any media. 4. Our responsibility for loss or damage suffered by you

4.1 We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or for breach of your legal rights in relation to these terms.

4.2 When we are not liable. Subject to paragraph 4.1 above we will not be liable for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort(including negligence other than as referred to in paragraph 5.1), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with your attendance and/or participation at the Event.  
 

5. Other important terms

5.1 Which laws apply to this contract and where you may bring legal proceedings. These terms, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.​​​​​​​
